This marketing site introduces The Nutrition Loom suite and offers a contact form for product questions, support, and feedback. It does not offer clinical intake or payment forms. Product links may take you to separate tools or the account portal, with their own access requirements.
Contact messages
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, selected topic, message, and any organization you provide are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to [email protected]. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days; messages delivered to our inbox may be retained for ongoing correspondence. Patient information
Do not submit patient information through a public marketing or contact channel. Before using any tool with patient information, confirm its applicable privacy terms, data handling, and your practice’s requirements.
Professional use
Calculations are estimates, AI outputs require verification, and meal plans and education materials require individualization. The suite supports professional work; responsibility for clinical decisions remains with the professional.
