THE NUTRITION LOOM

OUR STORY

Built from the work.
Built for the work.

The Nutrition Loom grew out of the everyday needs of nutrition practice: preparing for sessions, interpreting numbers, building usable plans, and finding the right education resource.

THE IDEA BEHIND THE NAME

Why a loom?

Nutrition care draws together many threads: history, growth, intake, habits, education, and practical next steps.

The name reflects that connection, while each tool retains its own focused purpose.

Separate threads.
A clearer whole.

When preparation, calculations, food planning, and education connect, you spend less time gathering the pieces—and more time putting them to work in care.

PRACTICE AT THE CENTER

Developed with a dietitian’s perspective.

Jess Galland, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working across adult, pediatric, and Early Intervention care, began developing these tools to support the way nutrition work actually happens.

The suite is for nutrition professionals broadly. Its purpose is to make information more usable while keeping individual judgment, preferences, and care needs central.
